A Baby Dinosaur Looking for Love

Dinah is a darling baby dinosaur who loves to stomp, whomp and chomp the way you’d expect a dinosaur would want to do. One day she sees two little creatures kissing and decides she really wants to try that too. So Dinah tries to kiss every creature that comes across her path, but the problem is she cannot stop whomping and chomping, so naturally disaster ensues. But one fine day, Dinah meets her match!

What Makes This Book Special

In order to get the youngest children hooked on reading, a story must be charming or funny, silly or clever in some way. Dinosaur Kisses is a bit of all four. The illustrations are really bold and adorable and the print is bold too. And what child doesn’t love dinosaurs, especially a huggable one like Dinah? You will giggle with your child as you read it together, and then your child will want to give you lots of little kisses too, making your Valentines Day extra special!

A (Polar Bear) Mother’s Unfaltering Love

Forever is one of those little books that warms the soul. With simple prose for the youngest readers and charming illustrations, each wee one will learn that no matter what comes his or her way – good or bad – mommy will always be there for support.

What Makes This Book Special

What really makes this book unique is the foil silver printing scattered throughout the pages, causing the snow, sky and water to really pop off the page. The illustrations of the bears are ultra cute and so is the story.

Opposites Attract

Meet a little rat named, Tiny Too-Little. This little guy loves somebody special, but there’s a little problem. That somebody special is way up high, and well, Tiny just can’t reach her. He tries stepping on top of many different objects, but it’s no use. He’s still too tiny to reach his true love – that is, until something very special happens.

What Makes This Book SpecialDSC_0001

The book is physically long and narrow and cut-away pages cleverly reveal how Tiny’s pile of stuff grows higher and higher as he attempts to reach his true love. As a very petite person, I found myself totally relating to this tale, and the frustration of not being able to reach what I really want to reach. The story and illustrations are incredibly charming and the cut-away pages help build the anticipation and humor. The ending is really terrific and includes a pop up!
